What data and why
We process the data you give us in a call or message: name, company name, phone number, email address and order details, including collection and delivery addresses. We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the order (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to keep business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and our cooperation. Data related to completed orders is kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Who receives the data
Data may be shared with the driver carrying out the transport and with email and hosting providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
