The route from Poland
The shortest way from Łódź to Slovenia runs through the Czech Republic and Austria: via Brno and Vienna, then Graz and the Spielfeld crossing to Maribor. The rest of the route depends on the delivery address.
Where Slovenian business is
Most companies operate around Ljubljana, Maribor and Celje. The port of Koper handles a large share of cargo for the whole region. We plan each delivery to the receiver’s exact address.
Tolls and rules for vans
On Slovenian motorways, vans up to 3.5 t GVW use an e-vignette. Weekend and holiday driving bans apply to trucks over 7.5 t. In transit, a Czech e-vignette and an Austrian vignette are required.
Documents
Slovenia is in the European Union and the Schengen area, and its currency is the euro. Goods do not go through customs clearance. We carry under a CMR consignment note and the documents agreed with the receiver.
A regular route for your business
If you ship to Slovenia regularly, we will agree fixed collection and delivery days. We also accept one-off business orders and confirm the timing once we have checked vehicle availability.
