The route from Poland
From Łódź we follow the Via Baltica through Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia to Tallinn, and from there take the ferry across the Gulf of Finland to Helsinki. We plan the crossing together with the whole route and include it in the quote.
Where Finnish business is
Most companies and warehouses are in the capital region: Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa. Tampere, Turku and Oulu are important centres too. We plan each delivery to the receiver’s exact address, including outside the capital region.
Tolls and rules for vans
Finland has no road tolls. We check the rules for the Baltic leg before every run, and the ferry ticket is part of our quote.
Documents
Finland is in the European Union and the Schengen area, and its currency is the euro. Goods do not go through customs clearance. We carry under a CMR consignment note and the documents agreed with the receiver.
A regular route for your business
If you ship to Finland regularly, we will agree fixed collection and delivery days around the ferry timetable. We also accept one-off business orders and confirm the timing once we have checked vehicle availability.
